The expert masseuses use specially balanced oils to baste the skin and are structured to the client’s needs. A sports massage will break down heavy adhesions, a relaxing massage is best for stress release whilst an uplifting message uses citrus based oils. Adamina also offer holistic massage to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit with the use of pure rose oil. Sessions last for either one hour or 90 minutes and the prices range between £60($105) - £105($183).
